Within the purview of this workshop, our objective is to create a framework for dialogue and collaboration between young and advanced researchers, facilitating potential future large-scale collaborations that could increase the visibility and international impact of research results in the areas targeted by the project. 

The workshop activities are designed to generate networking opportunities to expand and structure professional networks within the research community in order to enhance doctoral and postdoctoral researchers’ research and transferable skills to fulfil their potential as researchers. The international scientific community pays attention to quantitative data that should measure the impact of research. Bibliometric methods have become quite fashionable for the evaluation of scientific research and for the assessment of individual researchers.
